How long will it take to ship my car?

It will depend on the distance between pick-up and delivery and also the type of service chosen by the client. We track your car 24/7 and will be able to offer updates at any time.

What can I leave inside my car during transport?

All the items left inside the car are under the clients responsibility. Additional items left in the car must be reported to us. It can cause extra costs. The vehicle transportation insurance will only cover damages to the vehicles. Luggage is not the company’s responsibility.

What if my car is damaged during transport?

Start Transport has low damage incidents. However, accidents happen. In case of a damaged vehicle during transportation, Starta Transport will cover up to $100,000 or the real cash value of your vehicle without deductible.

Does Starta Transport use its own fleet or sub contract?

Starta Transport has its own fleet, however, sometimes it cannot fulfil all the local demand, when that happens, we count on people/businesses to provide top quality service.
